I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where I am advised by Dr. Jianping Pan. I obtained my MSc in Computer Science from the same university in 2023, and BEng in Computer Science and Technology from Zhejiang Gongshang University, China in 2017. Since 2017, I spent four years working as a backend software engineer in startup companies in Shanghai and Hangzhou. Previously, I conducted research on image dehazing during my undergraduate study. My current research is primarily centered on various aspects of computer networking applications. This includes measuring the performance of low-Earth-orbit satellite networks, exploring adaptive video streaming and new protocols such as multipath QUIC.
