This message is for all staff, students and faculty assisting with the open house tomorrow.
Due to the large volume of volunteers helping out tomorrow (over 200 people - thank you all for volunteering!), the United Way BBQ will be
available to volunteers between 1:30 p.m - 2:30 ONLY.
We must limit the traffic at the BBQ before that time to ensure that the public is able to get their food and then visit all of our displays.
Thank you for your understanding. See you all tomorrow!
