Please encourage your students to apply for the MacDonell Scholarship (poster attached below), which is available to Canadian Citizens or
landed immigrants who are pursuing, or wish to pursue, graduate studies in science and engineering at either UVic or UBC.

Please note that the deadline for applications is November 1, 2006.

The MacDonell Scholarship is conditional on the following criteria: 1) the successful
applicant must receive an NSERC IPS, and 2) there must be an identified project with a
committed industrial partner.
