thanks a lot for the coordination and update. also most of our
research funding (even that from nserc) should have indirect cost or
overhead directly sent to or withheld by the university, shared between
the vpr and dean’s offices. we probably can also ask for an allocation
from this reserve to support our technical staff for research purposes.
